The Playwrite Perspective

Imagine that for your entire life you played the protagonist in a play. There were other actors and an audience, but you always played the protagonist, the play was always seen from your perspective.

Now, imagine that for the first time in your life you realize that you’re actually in a play, acting. And the next thing you know you’re not just the protagonist, you’re also the playwrite. And you also have the ability to change the lines and the characters.

From the perspective of a playwrite, how would you rewrite your life? How would you rewrite the characters and the setting? Taking on the perspective of an observer with divine control can be enlightening.

If you really were the playwrite, what would you write?
